Description

Our handcrafted Small White Rose adds an elegant, timeless touch to any event. Perfect for weddings or other special occasions, it is versatile enough to be used as a centerpiece or part of a backdrop.

Height:

We have a variety of stem heights for you to choose from, which we confirm post-checkout. Our stems range from 1 m, 1.25 m, and 1.5 m.

Recommendation:Β For this flower, we recommend 1 mΒ  or 1.25 m stem

 

Base:

All our flowers come with a custom base, filled with giant-sized paper grass and moss coverings.

Our Fees

A service fee, delivery fee and bond is applied to every order when renting our giant flowers. This is done during the email confirmation stage.

SERVICE FEE + GST:

This fee includes the initial consultation, ongoing support leading up to the event, installation and styling of the products, as well as post-event collection and clean up. The fee is based upon the size of the order. Click HERE for pricing.

DELIVERY FEE + GST:

Our delivery cost covers fuel for drop off and pick up, tolls used and parking fees. Delivery is calculated based off distance from Panania 2213. Click HERE for pricing.

BOND:

A $150 bond is applied to every order. This is to cover any damages made during the event.

For cash payments, the bond is returned to you immediately when we collect the items at the end of the event. For other payment methods, the bond will be refunded via PayID at the time of collection, with funds typically clearing within 3 to 5 business days.

OUTDOOR EVENTS:

Due to the delicate nature of our paper flowers, they are currently suited for indoor events only.
An additional $150 fee applies to the final order for outdoor events.

We are working on expanding our product range for outdoor use and thank you for your understanding.

Instructions for Booking

1 – Add your desired items to the cart β€” GST will automatically be included in the total.

2 – Proceed to checkout. No payment is required at this stage.

3 – After checkout, we’ll contact you via email to confirm your order and provide the final cost for your event. This includes service, delivery, bond and any additional fees.

4 – Once all details are confirmed, a 50% deposit and signed contract is required to secure the booking. Payment can be made via PayID or Bank Transfer.

5 – The remaining balance will be due on the day of the event.

Warning

Our products are a fire hazard. They are not to be within 3 m of an open flame.
They are only seen in photos for prop styling and marketing purposes.
