Planning an event has never been easier with every price stated on our website. You have the flexibility to design your own unique flower arrangements.

How It Works

Select your Flowers

Browse our collection of giant flowers. Each flower is priced individually. You’ll also see the availability to ensure we can accommodate your event date.

Add to Cart

Once you’ve chosen your flowers, add them to cart. This is when GST (10% tax) is added to your total.

Check Out

Proceed to checkout to reserve your flowers for your event date—no payment required yet.

We will contact you via email to confirm availability and provide a final quote, including additional fees like service, delivery, bond fee or outdoor setup.

Additional Fees

Service Fee

A service fee is applied to every order when renting our giant flowers.

This fee includes the initial consultation, ongoing support leading up to the event, installation and styling of the products, as well as post-event collection and clean up.

Delivery Fee

Calculated based on the distance from Panania 2213, this fee covers fuel, tolls, and parking for both delivery and collection.

Bond

A $150 bond is applied to every order.
This is to cover any damages made during the event.

You can choose to receive this digitally or in cash. If you choose case, it is returned to you upon collection of the items. If you’re choosing bank transfer / PayID, funds will typically clear within 3 to 5 business days.

OUTDOOR FEE

Our paper flowers are designed and recommended for indoor events.

An additional $150 fee applies to the final order for outdoor events.

BESPOKE FEE

We charge an additional fee for our bespoke giant flowers that are required within 3 months:

$300 + GST for small orders (1 to 4 flowers)
$550 + GSTfor medium jobs (5 to 9 flowers)
$800 + GST for large jobs (10+ flowers)

There is no fee for events booked more than 3 months in advance.

Finalising Your Booking

Once all details are confirmed, a 50% deposit and signed contract is required to secure the booking. Payment can be made via PayID, Bank Transfer, Paypal and EFTPOS.

The remaining balance will be due 7 days before the date of agreement if paying via PayID, Bank Transfer, Paypal and EFTPOS. Otherwise, Cash can be paid on the day of event.

Example

Amy orders 3 small yellow roses for a birthday, to be delivered to Strathfield next Saturday.

Our small yellow roses are $65+GST per piece. This is an order of 3 flowers so the service fee is $100. Delivery is within 11 to 25 km distance, costing $60. There is no outdoor or bespoke fee.

The total for this order is $195 + $100 (service) + $60 (delivery) + ($19.50+$10+$6 = $35.50 GST) = $390.50

Amy pays a deposit of $240.50 (61%) deposit so that she can pay the remaining $150 in cash on the day.
